Bill Brewer, the business editor of the Knoxville News Sentinel in Tennessee, left his job on Friday.
“Bill, an excellent journalist and a tremendously nice guy, has been part of the newsroom since 1990 and has filled the important role of business editor for the past several years. We will miss him.”
Brewer became the paper’s business editor in June 2007. Since joining the News Sentinel in 1990, he was also a business writer and copy editor/page designer.
He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee.
