The Knoxville (Tenn.) Business Journal has changed its name to Knox.biz, writes Jack McElroy, executive editor of the Knoxville News Sentinel.
McElroy writes, “But there’s much more to this new brand than a different label.
“Don’t worry, our successful monthly magazine isn’t going away, and it will continue to include the Chamber’s newsletter. We’ll keep publishing the annual Book of Lists, too, and sponsoring high-profile events such as Health Care Heroes and 40 Under 40.
“But with an expanded staff, we’ll also be emphasizing daily digital coverage, including a five-day-a-week newsletter wrapping up the top business news of the day.
“All of our platforms will provide vital business-to-business information, answering the ‘why’ of business issues as Keim promised a decade ago. But there also will be more content to help the up-and-coming business generation thrive, including stories about jobs and careers, personal finance, work-life balance, wellness, even fashion and style.”
