Kiplinger.com, the Web site of Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine, launched Wednesday a section for small business coverage at the same time it reported record visits and page views.
In May, Kiplinger.com registered its best month ever with 13.8 million page views, up 115 percent from May 2007, and 2.1 million unique visitors, up 110 percent from May 2007.
The small business section will include a small business resource library covering topics such as business costs, growing a business, health care and human resources. It will also have new videos each week that explore different topics and audio conferences on small business topics, with experts fielding questions.
“Starting a small business is no easy task,” said Doug Harbrecht, Kiplinger.com director of new media, in a statement. “By offering expert advice and extensive findings from people who have started a small business – and succeeded – Kiplinger.com can help make the road to success smoother.”
