Kiplinger hires community editor

Kiplinger has hired Rebecca Dolan as community editor.

In the position, Dolan will manage and grow Kiplinger’s social media community, creating content and interacting with readers across multiple platforms including regular web chats featuring personal finance experts.

“We are proud to welcome Rebecca to the Kiplinger team,” said Doug Harbrecht, director of New Media at Kiplinger Washington Editors, in a statement. “With her diverse experience and fresh approach to social media, she will bring a new level of engagement and interaction for our readers across multiple platforms.”

Most recently, Dolan was the associate editor at Huffington Post Travel where she managed the site’s social media community, expanding the follower base by thousands.
