David Hamilton has joined The (Frankfort) State Journal in Kentucky as a city and business reporter.
A story on its website states, “Hamilton, 25, is a native of Newburgh, Indiana, near Evansville. His first day at The State Journal was Wednesday.
“Hamilton’s primary focus will be on city government, local business and the Frankfort Plant Board, but he’ll also report on other, general assignment stories and contribute to FRANK. magazine.
“Managing Editor Josh Bergeron said Hamilton will be a valuable addition to The State Journal and has a strong track record of producing important community journalism.
“‘David hit the ground running on his first day and we’re excited that he’s joined our team in Frankfort,’ Bergeron said.”
