Joanne Kenen, executive editor of health care coverage at Politico, has been named editor at large for health care.
In the new role, Kenen will be able to write more and come up with health care projects.
She has been executive editor of health care since February 2016. Before that, Kenen was health care editor and deputy health care editor. She joined Politico in September 2011.
Before that, Kenen worked at CQ Roll Call covering health policy. She also spent 23 years at Reuters as a national correspondent, where she covered Congress and two presidential campaigns.
