Justine Calma will be joining The Verge as a science reporter on the environment beat. She will be focusing on climate change as well.
Calma previously covered environmental justice and health for Grist from May 2018 to August 2019.
Calma previously worked as a story coordinator for Inside Edition for CBS from February 2017 to October 2017. She also worked as a freelance reporter from 2016 to 2016, as well.
Calma graduated from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism in 2015.
