Charlotte Biz Journal reporter Fahey begins new role with ACBJ

Ashley Fahey

Ashley Fahey, real estate reporter and editor at the Charlotte Business Journal, will be leaving her post after more than 5 years of covering growth, development and land use.

However, she will remain with the Journal’s parent company, American City Business Journals, and will be starting on a new role, focused on national business news and analysis.

She will also be launching a newsletter specifically covering the real estate industry.

Prior to CBJ, Fahey was a retail/real estate reporter at The Island Packet and The Beaufort Gazette. Before that, she held the post of copy editor/page designer.

She has also interned at Our State Magazine and Raleigh Downtowner Magazine.

Fahey is a B.A. in print/online journalism from Elon University.
