Jalopnik names Carroll its new editor-in-chief

Rory Carroll

Rory Carroll has been appointed the new editor-in-chief at Jalopnik. Previously, he held the post of executive editor at Autoweek.

His new role begins in May.

Currently, Carroll is the managing director, Eleven55 at Crain Communications. Prior to joining Crain Communications, he was a publisher at Autoweek.

In addition, he has also worked as a constituent relation at Michigan Senate and also served as a campaign manager at State Senate Campaign. He was also a legislative director at Hagerty, United States.

Carroll holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Michigan State University.
