Indianapolis Biz Journal hires Lindquist as retail, restaurants and arts reporter

David Lindquist

Indianapolis Business Journal has hired David Lindquist as a retail, restaurants and arts reporter.

Lindquist has worked as a reporter, copy editor and page designer at newspapers in Indiana, Illinois and New York since 1991.

He is also the host of “The Beat with Dave Lindquist” on WTTS in Indianapolis, Indiana. From May 1998 through November 2020, he wrote about music and pop culture at The Indianapolis Star. He also hosted and created the live music webcast “IndyStar Sessions” and award-winning podcast “Dave’s Old Interview Tapes.”

In 2019, he launched the USA Today Network year-end music survey of entertainment reporters across the U.S.
