Albuquerque Journal business reporter Steve Sinovic has been hired by the Idaho Business Review as special sections editor.
He starts Oct. 15.
Sinovic has been at the Journal since December 2015, covering the tourism and hospitality, retail, food and beverage, and real estate beats.
Before that, he was managing editor of the Northern Nevada Business Weekly from January to December 2015.
He spent seven years as a business reporter at the Santa Barbara Free-Press and 18 months as managing editor of Business Report of Northern Nevada, a monthly publication.
He’s a University of Oregon graduate.
