Alexander Kaufman, who had been associate business editor at The Huffington Post, has been promoted to business editor.
Kaufman, who has been with Huffington Post since March 2014, founded, wrote and compiled its Saturday morning newsletter, Weekend Pause. He has also written posts for the HuffPost business Twitter and Facebook pages and managed the HuffPost business homepage.
Before joining Huffington Post, Kaufman worked for MediaBistro’s FishbowlNY site, and he was an economics reporter for the International Business Times and a media reporter for TheWrap.com. He also worked for the Boston Globe.
Kaufman is a graduate of Emerson College.
