American City Biz Journals’ Hunt talks about stability of business news

Much of the journalism industry is struggling to find a financial model that works for their company. However, that is not the case with American City Business Journals with Beth Hunt on the team.

Beth Hunt was a breath of fresh air on the podcast. Hunt is the director of editorial recruiting and development at American City Business Journals, the largest publisher of metropolitan business newsweeklies in the U.S.

Hunt adds that her company takes a different approach to the industry which allows for a more stable business model for news organizations like hers. She added this also means that journalists working for them stay on for longer.

Beth Hunt brings a new perspective to the podcast and it may give listeners a new outlook on business news.
