How CNBC senior VP Colarusso’s day has changed
Dan Colarusso, the senior vice president of business news at CNBC, talked about how his normal day has changed during the coronavirus pandemic.
Colarusso typically arrived at the office at 7 a.m. and goes to the newsroom. Not anymore.
“There aren’t many people in the newsroom any more, so I hit the phone and email” with his senior managers to find out what’s going on, said Colarusso. They then have a story meeting, which is done almost entirely by phone.
“Never has the real genius of CNBC, the talent of our producers, shown through more,” he said.
