It's refreshing to see that The Houston Chronicle (my native hometown's amazing paper) has taken a dramatic step to up their game with their social media marketing efforts. I checked out their Facebook and Twitter pages to find that they are increasing their daily posts, tweets, and over-all reach to the online and Houston communities.
It's amazing how businesses, individuals, and organizations can engage and motivate their readers and audience members to continue to follow them as a credible source. This is something I strive to do every day as a social media manager.
