The Houston Business Journal has hired Madison Henry as its research director.
A story on its website states, “Henry moved to Houston from Atlanta, where she most recently served as business intelligence and market research intern at Bekaert Corp., a steel wire company. Henry obtained a master’s of international business from Georgia State University in 2013.
“As research director, Henry will oversee HBJ’s weekly Top 25 Lists, as well as the annual Book of Lists and new expanded List packages in the weekly edition.
“Our Top 25 Lists are one of the most well-read items we produce,’ said Editor in Chief B. Candace Beeke. ‘Madison’s passion for using numbers to tell a story will make them even more popular with our readers.’
“‘I am thrilled to start the new year with HBJ,’ Henry said. ‘I cannot wait to add my talents to this extraordinary organization.'”
