Hedge Fund Law Report hires two associate editors

The Hedge Fund Law Report, a Mergermarket publication, announced Tuesday that it has hired attorneys Kara Bingham Regan and Rorie Norton as associate editors.

Bingham Regan received her Bachelor of the Arts degree from Miami University and her law degree from New York University School of Law.

She previously provided legal counsel to Corbin Capital Partners L.P. and was chief compliance officer at both Sire Management Corporation and 400 Capital Management LLC.

Norton received his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond and his law degree from Fordham University School of Law.

Prior to joining the Hedge Fund Law Report, Norton was an associate attorney of Leveraged Finance at Ropes & Gray LLP and an associate attorney of Hedge Fund Formation at Kleinberg, Kaplan, Wolff & Cohen P.C.

Chris Roush

Chris Roush was the dean of the School of Communications at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He was previously Walter E. Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professor in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a former business journalist for Bloomberg News, Businessweek, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Tampa Tribune and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. He is the author of the leading business reporting textbook "Show me the Money: Writing Business and Economics Stories for Mass Communication" and "Thinking Things Over," a biography of former Wall Street Journal editor Vermont Royster.
