Diane Weaver Dunne, who has worked at the Hartford Business Journal since 2001, left the paper to become director of communications in the Connecticut treasurer’s office, according to a short story on its web site.
“Dunne has written for the Hartford Courant, Imprint Newspapers and the Connecticut Law Tribune and earlier worked as news editor for Education World, a Web magazine.
“A graduate of Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communication and the University of Hartford’s graduate program in communication, she also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Hartford for several years teaching communication.”
