Green Street, real estate news company, acquires React News

Green Street, which provides real estate news, has acquired London-based React News, which covers European real estate news, for an undisclosed price.

Green Street acquired Real Estate Alert, a big competitor of CoStar News, last year.

“This acquisition accelerates our goal of providing exclusive and differentiated news in Europe to extend Green Street’s U.S. News product and strengthen our existing Pan-European public/private market research and data and analytics business,” said Jeffry Stuek Jr., Green Street’s chief executive officer, in a statement.

React News was founded in June 2019. It will maintain its editorial independence and continue operating with the same leadership.
