Alexis Gravely will be heading to Capitol Hill to report for Tax Notes as the organization’s newest reporter covering tax policy.
Previously, Gravely has worked as a teacher and served as a legal intern at The Wall Street Journal. she also worked as a student fellow and assistant managing editor at the Emma Bowen Foundation and The Cavalier Daily respectively.
She also worked at Dow Jones as a student fellow and spent 8 months at The Nation.
Gravely has a bachelor’s degree in media studies and a master’s degree in elementary education and training. She earned both degrees from the University of Virginia.
