Bloomberg News journalist Paul Gordon has left the news organization after 18 years to join the European Central Bank.
He is head of global media relations.
Gordon was most recently team leader in Frankfurt, overseeing coverage of the European Central Bank, Bank of England and Swiss National Bank, plus a good dose of the euro-area and German economies.
He was also an energy markets editor and a Bloomberg Television reporter in China. Gordon had been with Bloomberg since 2003.
Before Bloomberg, Gordon worked at Radio Television Hong Kong.
