Alexandra Posadzki has been hired by the Globe and Mail newspaper in Toronto as a business reporter.
She previously spent three years covering banking and real estate for the Canadian Press. Posadzki’s journalism career spans eight years and includes stints at Business News Network (BNN), Global News and the Toronto Star.
She has also covered mining, white-collar crime, the auto industry and the country’s fledgling marijuana sector.
She has a Master of Journalism degree from Ryerson University, an honors B.A. in psychology and English from York University and has completed the Canadian Securities Course.
She is also a member of the committee that oversees the Canadian chapter of the Society of American Business Editors and Writers.
