I don’t think there’s any other group in technology and business media that is covering tech across as many sectors with as much skill and integrity as our folks, and I will greatly miss being part of that day-to-day creative process.
“But I chuckled a few weeks ago at a tweet from Techcrunch’s Matthew Panzarino, who knows all too well what it takes to lead a modern tech media newsroom.
“It’s time for me to bring that equation back into more of a balance.
“I have no specific plans at the moment, although there are a few of those proverbial irons in the fire. I’m honestly looking forward to a bit of a break from the grind of the modern media cycle, and I hope to emerge on the other side with more time to write and contribute to places that I respect.”
