A story on its website states, “Lisa Gibson will assume the role in the coming weeks, according to Korrie Wenzel, publisher of Prairie Business, Agweek and the Grand Forks Herald. Gibson takes over a position that has been vacant since former Editor Kris Bevill resigned in August.
“‘Lisa has been a key editor within the Grand Forks Herald group for some time now,’ Wenzel said Friday. ‘To see her move into yet another influential role within the company is quite exciting. She’s well-suited for this job, thanks to her background, her skills as an editor and her enthusiasm.’
“Prairie Business is a monthly magazine dedicated to reporting on the business people and trends of the Dakotas and western Minnesota. Its circulation is approximately 19,000.”
