Galouchko named EMEA equities team leader at Bloomberg

Ksenia Galouchko has been named equities team leader for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Bloomberg News.

She previously was deputy team leader.

Galouchko manages a team of 15 reporters and editors across a territory that also includes Turkey.

She has been at Bloomberg News since September 2011 as a reporter in New York, an emerging markets reporter in Moscow and a financial markets and European stocks reporter in London.

Galouchko also interned for “Nightly Business Report” on PBS.

Chris Roush

Chris Roush was the dean of the School of Communications at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He was previously Walter E. Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professor in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a former business journalist for Bloomberg News, Businessweek, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Tampa Tribune and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. He is the author of the leading business reporting textbook "Show me the Money: Writing Business and Economics Stories for Mass Communication" and "Thinking Things Over," a biography of former Wall Street Journal editor Vermont Royster.
