Fred Gabriel is returning to Crain’s New York Business as publisher and executive editor.
A Crain’s New York story states, “Gabriel will oversee the content and business operations of the publication where he started his career.
“‘We are fortunate to recruit a news executive with Fred’s experience’ said Crain’s Group Publisher Mary Kramer. ‘He has deep relationships in the financial world that started when he covered banking as a reporter at Crain’s New York Business and were honed as he led the newsroom at Investment News.
