FT to launch ad network

Suzanne Bearne of New Media Age reports that business newspaper Financial Times is working with Adify to launch its own ad network.

Bearne writes, “A source at the Financial Times said the newspaper is in the process of building the network with Adify and is expected to soft-launch within the next week.

“It’s understood the network will include small and medium publishers and focus on verticals such as finance, luxury goods and travel.

“The Financial Times will follow in the footsteps of The Guardian, B2B publisher IDG and Reuters, which have all partnered with Adify to launch vertical ad networks.”
