The Financial Times has promoted Lilah Raptopoulos to the position of head of audience engagement in the United States.
She previously had been a community editor for 3.5 years, working with journalists and editors across the FT’s newsroom to develop community-led journalism, and work readers’ insight and experiences into reporting.
Raptopoulos previously worked at the Guardian in London.
She holds degrees from Connecticut College and New York University.
