Laura Noonan is now a financial regulation editor at the Financial Times.
She will cover financial regulation, conduct and related topics across the world’s banks, insurers, asset managers, cryptocurrency companies, and anyone else offering financial services.
Previously, she served as an investment banking correspondent, U.S. banking editor and acting Ireland correspondent at the FT. She also served as European banking correspondent at Thomson Reuters.
She was also a banking correspondent and then part of investigations at Irish Independent.
Noonan also worked as a business reporter at both Irish Independent and The Sunday Business Post.
Noonan has a B.A. in journalism from Dublin City University.
