Malcolm Moore
Malcolm Moore, who has been United Kingdom news editor for The Financial Times for the past two and a half years, is becoming technology news editor.
Moore will be based in London.
Before being UK news editor, Moore was leisure industries correspondent for the FT.
He joined the FT in April 2015 from Telegraph Media Group, where he was deputy head of world news and a correspondent in Beijing and Shanghai. He was the winner of the 2012 Foreign Press Association award for news story of the year. Moore was also a Rome correspondent, an economics correspondent and a business reporter for the Telegraph.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from University College London in English.
