The Financial Times and McKinsey launched its 16th edition for the best business book of the year in partnership for Business Book of the Year Award, reports the publication.
In addition, this year’s contestants will see two new faces on the panel of judges including:

Judges will select the best 15 books in August and then will select up to six finalists for a shortlist, which will be announced on Sept. 23.
The winner will be announced on Dec. 1.
