FT journalist Crooks departs after 20 years

Ed Crooks

Ed Crooks, the U.S. industry and energy editor at the Financial Times, has left the publication after 20 years.

Crooks is joining Wood Mackenzie, an energy research consulting agency, as vice-chairman of energy in the Americas. Throughout his time at the FT, Crooks served as an economics editor.

Crooks is a graduate of the University of Oxford.
