The Financial Times has hired Ethan Wu to help write its markets newsletter, Unhedged, working with Robert Armstrong, its U.S. financial commentator.
He will start on Monday.
Wu has been a reporting fellow at Insider. He joined Insider from Adweek, where he covered media and ad tech as an intern and freelance reporter. He was a Dow Jones News Fund intern this past summer.
Wu graduated from Cornell University with a BA in economics.
