Eleanor Olcott is joining the Financial Times as a China tech correspondent.
She will be starting in London, before joining the Asia team to cover any silicon, consumer technology and regulatory-related news.
Recently, Olcott was a China policy analyst at TS Lombard. She has also worked at the BBC, Sky News, Trinity Mirror, and The Japan Society. She has also interned at The Economist.
Olcott graduated from the University of Cambridge.
