The Financial Times has hired BBC reporter David Lee to cover technology news in Silicon Valley.
He will start his new job in January.
Lee has been with BBC for more than a decade, and he’s been in San Francisco since 2015 overseeing the BBC’s coverage of North America technology.
He also worked as a breaking news reporter and a sports reporter for BBC.
Lee also worked at the Evening Standard and Press Gazette in London. He’s a graduate of the University of London.
