Jim Brunsden has been hired by the Financial Times to be its EU Correspondent in Brussels, covering financial services policy.
Brunsden joins from Bloomberg News, where he covered international banking and markets regulation. A Brussels veteran, Brunsden has lived there since 2005.
Prior to Bloomberg, Brunsden worked as business reporter for European Voice and covered justice and home affairs for Europolitics.
A British national, Brunsden grew up in Watford, Hertfordshire, and attended Kings College London, where he studied history.
