CNBC and Fox BusinessFox Business Network beat two of CNBC‘s top shows in ratings on Monday when the stock markets fell due to concerns about China’s growth.

The “Intelligence Report with Trish Regan” on Fox Business had 22,000 viewers in the 25 to 54-year-old demographic, according to Nielsen, while CNBC’s “Power Lunch” had 19,000 viewers in the same demographic.

In addition, “Countdown to the Closing Bell” on Fox Business had 23,000 viewers in the key 25 to 54 demographic while CNBC’s “Closing Bell” had 13,000 in the same demographic.

In addition, Fox Business Network’s “After the Bell” had its second-highest overall rating ever on Monday with 144,000 total viewers.

And “Lou Dobbs Tonight” on Fox Business had 162,000 viewers, beating CNBC’s “The Profit,” which had 142,000 total viewers.

CNBC has stopped using Nielsen to measure its ratings because it doesn’t count viewers in offices and other areas where it believes it gets its core audience.
