Former tech journalist Culver joins Guyer Group

Guyer Group, a communications consultancy for technology companies has appointed Denise Culver as director of content, developing content strategies and assets for Guyer Group’s B2B tech and telecom industry clients.

She will also advise clients on successful content strategies for supporting business objectives, while developing a wide range of content, including whitepapers, contributed articles, blogs, eBooks and more.

Culver brings a range of expertise across several tech segments, including networking, telecom, cybersecurity and software development. She began her career in tech journalism in 1996 writing about the payphone and prepaid phone card industries.

She has also written for Interactive Week, tele.com and Wireless Review. She has also served as a markets editor for The Net Economy, a biweekly publication covering the North American service provider market.

She was also an industry analyst and online research director for 12 years at Heavy Reading, an industry analyst firm focused on the global telecoms marketplace.

Culver has won the American Business Media Association’s Jesse Neal Award for editorial achievement.

She graduated from Texas A&M University.
