Former Entrepreneur editor joins Web site

Rieva Lesonsky, who had been the top editor at Entrepreneur magazine, has joined AllBusiness.com, a Web site owned by Dun & Bradstreet, as editor at large.

Lesonsky will contribute a weekly column as well as a weekly podcast show (“Ask Rieva”) on the site, where readers/listeners can ask her business questions. “I’m excited to be joining AllBusiness.com because of its dedication to the empowerment of SMB leaders,â€? said Lesonsky in a statement. “Entrepreneurs want practical and easy-to-understand advice from a trusted friend and advisor.â€?

“Rieva’s many years of experience as a journalist and business expert instantly gives our already talented team of experts a terrific boost of senior leadership and business smarts,â€? said Kathy Yates, CEO of AllBusiness.com, in a statement. “We are thrilled to have someone of Rieva’s caliber and wide-ranging expertise join our team. Lesonsky spent the past 26 years at Entrepreneur magazine, where she started off as a research assistant and worked her way up to editorial director. Lesonsky is also one of the only women to ever hold a top spot at a business publication.
