Forbes announced Tuesday the introduction of its 22nd international edition, Forbes Brazil, in partnership with BPP LTDA, the publisher of Billboard in Brazil.
The editor is Ronny Hein, who has previously held various senior editorial positions at several important Brazilian magazines. The distribution will be 50,000 copies and the cover price is R19.90. Editorial will consist of local business stories combined with content gleaned from Forbes U.S.
“Forbes Brazil marks our flag in all the BRIC markets where we see significant growth and possibilities for our business going forward,” said Forbes Television and Licensing President Miguel Forbes in a statement. “We couldn’t be more excited.”
Forbes also has publications in Africa, Argentina, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Korea, Latvia, Middle East, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Turkey, and Ukraine.
