Frances Fontana will now be reporting for the Exchange, which is the Wall Street Journal’s weekend business and features section.
Fontana has previously worked as a stocks reporter for the Wall Street Journal from June 2018 to July 2019.
She previously worked as a tech reporter for TheStreet, an American financial news service founded in 1996.
Fontana also worked as a staff reporter for The Register-Guard, where she covered features and breaking news in the Eugene, Oregon area.
She graduated from the University of Oregon Clark Honors College with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
