Financial Post taps Hughes to cover fintech, crypto and more

Stephanie Hughes, a general assignment reporter at Financial Post has switched beats and will now be covering fintech, wealth management, bonds, crypto and mortgages.

Hughes has also worked as a chase producer and as a digital producer, both in a freelance capacity, for BNN Bloomberg, and she was also a freelance financial journalist for Yahoo Finance.

Additionally, she has also freelanced for CTV News and was a business writer at DBRS. She was head of research at the Ryerson Review of Journalism and has also served as a staff writer at Razmatazz Magazine.

Hughes holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ryerson University.
