Financial News, a Dow Jones publication, won three prizes at the prestigious State Street Institutional Press Awards this past week.
Editor Chris Newlands won two awards — one for Breaking News Journalist of the Year and the other for Best Editorial Comment.
Lucy McNulty won Journalist of the Year for Regulation.
“Financial News works very hard to break stories and deliver must-have content for its growing reader base and to be recognized for this is very rewarding,” said Newlands.
Financial News is published in London. It is a weekly newspaper covering the financial services sector through news, views and extensive people coverage. Financial News was founded in 1996, and it was acquired by Dow Jones in 2007.
