Expanded role for Crain’s Detroit reporter Frank

Annalise Frank

Crain’s Detroit Business reporter Annalise Frank will now be covering the cannabis business while continuing to cover the city of Detroit government and business issues.

Frank takes over from Dustin Walsh, who is now covering health care full-time.

Frank joined Crain’s Detroit Business in 2017 as a breaking news reporter.

Before that, she worked as a copy editor at Viet Nam News. She has also worked as a staff writer at The Raleigh News & Observer.

Frank is a B.S. in journalism and international studies from Northwestern University.
