Gerard Escaich Folch, assignment editor at Euronews, has left.
Folch has been with Euronews for over 2 years, previously working as a broadcast and digital journalist.
Folch will be joining Catalan News in Barcelona as a reporter. Folch has previously worked at various outlets in Barcelona, including as news reporter and presenter at Ràdio Capital de l’Empordà, as communications manager at Sara Folch Interior Design and as an intern at betevé.
Folch graduated from Monash University.
