Devika Krishna Kumar, an energy and commodities markets reporter at Reuters in New York, is leaving the news organization for a new opportunity.
“I have been lucky to work with some of the most incredible reporters and editors across the world and will always be grateful for this experience,” she wrote on Twitter.
Kumar has been in her current role for nearly six years. She previously was a reporter on the tech, media and telecom desk and a correspondent covering retail and consumer companies.
She previously worked as a copywriter at Lowe Lintas in Bangalore, India.
Kumar is a graduate of Madras Christian College.
