Cliff Edwards, a former business reporter at Bloomberg News who covered Netflix, is now its director of corporate communications and technology.
Previously, he was a correspondent in BusinessWeek’s San Francisco bureau, where he covered Intel, the semiconductor industry, handheld- and consumer-electronics companies.
Prior to BusinessWeek, Edwards worked for the Associated Press. During his 12 years at the AP, Edwards held several positions, including business editor overseeing six Illinois-based correspondents.
Edwards received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Northwestern University, where he was also an adjunct professor of journalism for seven years.
