Longtime business journalist Paula Dwyer is moving to the New York editing hub at Bloomberg News.
Her new title is senior editor. She was an editor for Bloomberg QuickTakes for the past year.
The New York editing hub is a team of about 10 senior editors without portfolio. They edit enterprise and other long-form journalism for the terminal, web and magazines. The job also involves some newsroom mentoring.
Dwyer joined Bloomberg in 2011 as an editor and editorial writer for Bloomberg View.
She previously worked at The New York Times as a deputy business editor and Washington economics editor. She also worked at Bloomberg News, including a stint as London bureau chief.
Dwyer is also co-author of “Take on the Street: How to Fight for Your Financial Future.”
