Dow Jones & Co. chief experience officer Daniel Bernard sent out the following on Thursday:

Good evening all,

It’s been an exciting month of growth as we continue to promote from within and add new talent and expertise to the Experience Team. I am now excited to announce that Clarence Kwei has joined Dow Jones as our new SVP of Consumer Technology, reporting to me.

In his new role, Clarence will work to design and communicate the shared technical vision, workflows and standards for the consumer-facing technology organization. He will also lead our Engineering and QA software professionals across our consumer brands and platforms.

Clarence joins us from Univision Digital, where he was Chief Technology Officer and led product, design and technology. He helped modernize core technologies, increased video views and launched Univision’s first streaming service across web, mobile and OTT platforms.

Prior to Univision, Clarence held various product, program and technology leadership roles at Conde Nast and Time Inc.

Please join me in welcoming Clarence to our team.
