Emma V. O’Brian will be joining Dow Jones & Co.. as senior vice president for strategic initiatives and chief of staff to CEO Almar Latour.
She begins in January.
Currently, she is global head of product strategy at Bloomberg. She also served as team leader for breaking news projects and was also chief of staff for breaking news and markets. She was also communications lead – Washington and Politics.
She was editorial booker for The Atlantic, National Journal and Quartz and was a communications director at National Journal. She was also an associate producer at Fox News Channel.
O’Brian has an M.B.A. from George Washington University School of Business.
